Goals

For the next semester, I would like to accomplish the following three goals: make the soccer team in the spring, be exempt from all of my end-of-the-year exams, and spend more time reading my Bible, praying to my heavenly Father, and doing daily devotions with my family.

To make the soccer team, I need to get back in shape. Being able to run, sprinting much of that time, for ninety minutes straight is essential on the pitch. I would need to go on a run at least twice a week. Also, I need to work on a few moves, and adding power to my shot or clearance. I'll work on those the days I'm not running.

To be exempt from all seven final exams, I need to have at least a 95 average in all of my classes. To accomplish this goal, I will start studying at least three days before tests, and at least two days before quizzes. I will also pay more attention in class. And, getting higher than a 95 in all classes will likely get me on the Senior Beta Club next year.

For my last goal. I would like to become more like Christ through reading my Bible, praying with God more often, and help making sure my family and I do devotions daily. Before I go to bed, or before I play video games or the like, or if I'm bored sitting around the house, I would read my bible for a while. I would talk with the Creator of the universe and all that is in it while trying to go to sleep at night, trying to wake up in the morning, and any other time of day I have a time to quietly pause. To help with family devotions, I will remind my mom or dad that we need to do them if we haven't already.

Soli Deo Gloria
